My favourite animal

Hello again readers! Today I am going to tell you about my favorite animal. I really love owls. I think owls are very mysterious animals and I love their big, beautiful and deep eyes.  My love for owls began when I was little, because when I saw the movie "Harry Potter," I wanted an owl to bring me a letter from Hogwarts at the time . It's weird, but that movie made me love owls. I also think that they are very cute animals, sometimes they remind me of cats because of their always attentive and enormous eyes.  In addition, their feathers are unique. I love their shape, because they look very voluptuous and seem to carry a lot of feathers, I think that is the really sweet thing about owls and how to forget the detail they have on their head! It's a beautiful detail of their feathers. One more detail that makes me love them.  I remember once I had the opportunity to see an owl on a tree while I was camping. It was the only time I could see one.

My favorite piece of technology

Hello readers! Today I´m gonna tell you about a piece of technology that I love so much. I really like photography. I think that it´s a beautiful way to capture the moments in our lives and a photograph can show more than a moment, a photograph captures a lot of emotions. A simple image can stop time.  For those reasons, my favourite piece of technology is the camera. I am taking photos  all the time with  my phone because I don´t have a camera, but when I was a child I used to take photos with my mother´s camera.  I think that cameras are an amazing piece of technology and, at the same time, this piece has captured many moments of our history... It´s awesome that this simple object can do wonders. Definitely, one of the most fabulous inventions in human history.

Why did I choose to study psychology?

Hello, readers.  This time, I'm going tell you about the reason that I choose study Psychology. First, I didn't always want to study psychology. When I was little, my dream was to be a teacher. I used to play with my brothers and I played the role of teacher, but when time passed, I discovered that I didn't have enough patience to devote myself to that.  When I was 17, in my school there was a subject on psychology and that was when I began to be interested in this subject, also the teacher taught very well and the topics were very interesting. At 18, while I was in my last year of school, I was totally determined about studying psychology. Once I took the PSU test and was applying to universities, I didn't have too many career options, but I applied for the Bachelor of History degree anyway, because I really love history. Hello again readers! Today I'm going to tell you about me. My name is Karen Contreras, I was born in Santiago, the capital of Chile. First I studied at the same school until I was 14 years old. The school was called "San Marcelo".  Then, I had to go to another school to complete my school stage, in this new school I met very good friends. It was a mixed school, just like the previous one. Last year I graduated from this school, called Christa Mc Auliffe. Currently, I am studing at the University of Chile and that makes me so happy!   Because I am studing psychology, the career that I have always liked.   In all this time I have lived in the same city with my parents, my grandma and my three brothers. Things that I love and hate about Santiago

Hello dear readers. Well, today I’m going to talk about a city, Santiago and specifically, about the things that I love and hate about this city. First, I lived all my life in this city so I'm used to the routine of Santiago. I have always liked transportation, because it’s very accessible and connects most of the city, but I hate that it's always so crowded.  Also, sometimes the pollution is unbearable, so there is a greater risk when playing sports due to air quality. Nonetheless, something that I really like about Santiago is the mountain range, because in winter it looks very beautiful after every snowfall.
